Diablo2 window'd can I add border?

Well I'm playing this game time to time with my cousin.
"Only half way stand able multi player game he can play and his machine will run"

Anyways, I set it up to run in a window with the -w command obviously.
Now I'm curious I have a problem with clicking off the screen constantly in the middle of things where I am flinging my mouse around... Just barely off the edge..

Is there another command to allow to resize the window, or to add a border around the window even if its just plain black space?

I guess another way around this issue would be to have my video actually force resolution, so it runs it full screen but gives me a border, like forcing native resolution.

I tried to use the force in my catalyst but that didn't work...

Any ideas?
I just can't stand the stretch on my screen on 800x600....

Why not just run it full screen then?

Another dirty solution might be VMware, I used to play Starcraft windowed that way.

I have 20" wide screens....
800x600 and it stretches it out..

I actually plugged back in my 17" 1280x1024 just so I could look at it without crying... But its still driving me mad.. If I could force the full screen at *x* and then have the game basically run in 800x600 window in the middle that would be fine... You know basically don't allow it to expand, but give me the full black screen border as if it was full screen.
