How is Vanguard PVP?

Is it open-pvp where people gank each other at anytime? or certain area only? Do it have duel mode where no one can interfere?

What is the penalty for dying in pvp and pk someone? Is there any reward for pking like in Age of Conan?

I used to play Vanguard. It's a total waste of time. The game's engine really sucks. Well, that and the fact they charge you every month for a game that isn't completed. Anyways, to answer your question, when you make a new character you can choose them to be PVP or the other. Or, you can just duel random people.

^agree. i played beta for some time and it was a horrible experience, i never seen the game that is so horrendous in so many ways...

I thought the idea was good, but it was FAR from finished. I got spawn camped so many times...glad I canceled my account 1 day before the free 30 days ran out lol
