I've got a stick of 512 DDR-333 with copper heat spreaders if you'd like a trade.

The module is generic, but the spreaders are Vantec. I think the CAS is 2.5. It's been memtested, and is rock-solid stable in my system. I'm in Florida. :)

EDIT: the CAS is indeed 2.5-3-3-7 at 166mhz.
