I used to love Transformers as a child (Im 28 now lol) and I was hoping that they wouldnt stuff up the movie......luckily they didnt, it was AWESOME!!

Bay & Spielberg did all us Transformer fans proud....I cant wait for a sequel :D

PS: dont watch a dodgy downloaded pirate, you MUST see this on the big screen ;)

I totally agree! I saw it today. I love it so much- in my opinion it rivals The Matrix in best film of all time (my former personal favourite). If you knew me well you'd understand this was a great honour. I have go to see it again. And you're right. DO NOT WATCH A PIRATE VERSION! THIS DESERVES THE CINEMA TICKET AND BIG SCREEN.

I know; I'm afraid I kept making zooming noises, bullet ricochets, and transformer-like motions all the way back to my house. I'm positive the neighbours think I'm quite lunatic!

Yeah! me too! The fight scenes were fast and looked superb....I loved the 'slow-mo' scenes :D

It had some good humour too. I liked it when BumbleBee 'lubricated' the Sector 7 guy

Thre's just something so incredibly cool about a giant lorry turning into the UBER COOL Optimus Prime (and yes he needed that font change). I love the way Megatron is so much fricking bigger and they got the vioce right too. I confess I needed the loo from the moment it started but I couldn't actually move to leave throughout the entire movie. My brain just rooted me to the spot- while my poor bladder suffered:laugh: As Zek sad; the action was incredible and so were the SFX. I don't want to know how long they too to animate the actual transformations.... And the humour was at just the right amount too. 10/10 in my book. Perfect movie.:rockout:

I didn't like 2 things about the movie.

1 the fighting was too zoomed in

2 I didn't care for megatron to much.

I also wanted to see starscream a little bit more, but it didn't hurt the movie.

I like it

LOLOLOL, I too was busting for a slash from start to end but I wouldnt dare to leave my seat

I totally agree with everything you wrote, Megatron was HUGE, but in a good way! The SFX were jaw-droppingly good (it didnt even really look like CGI!)

Did you pick up on the references to the original Transformers? for example, Camaro BumbleBee whacking the yellow VW Beetle  And the scene with Jazz (I think) flipping up on the tank (Brawl) and bending the cannon....classic! :rockout:

I like it

1) it was, but still looked great :)

2) I think thats due to him being completely different from the original 'gun form' Megatron :(

I think (by the looks of the ending ;) ) that Star Scream was/is being saved for the sequel :rockout:

About the bladder control thing...

My high school has...three, maybe four janitors TOTAL? The bathrooms are a fucking mess, you'd be a fool to use them unless you NEEDED to.

You quickly learn to hold on to your bladder for seven hours or more :p.

Like I said, if Volks Wagon would have given the film producers the rights to use the Beetle, Im sure we would have seen Bumblebee as a new shape Beetle.

Im not sure you understand what Im saying.....

Bay/Spielberg WANTED Bumblebee to be a VW Beetle like how he was originally all those years ago...BUT VW wanted NO part in the movie! So they could not use the VW Beetle as Bumblebees car form!

Pretty film, with lots of action. Would have been better if nobody ever talked. Weak plot, with weak acting. Just fun for the action, so it gets a "meh" in my book.

I laughed when Bay tried to get the robots to give some sort of trite "epic" speech in their goofy voices .

I really liked the graphics and the characters, but some parts of the movie made me throw up in disgust. It's not that I didn't like it, it's just the fact that almost every scene had something outrageously incorrect or corny in it. (See the comparison between the Mars landing picture and the one taken by the soldier) I just hate when a movie spends so much on CG and skips plot and basic directing. Also, where the fuck is my fucking firetruck bitches? :shadedshu:shadedshu:shadedshu:shadedshu

yeah saw it the other week and thought it was deadly. The transforming scenes were pretty amazing, i was looking so hard to try and find something dodgy..

The only dodgy thing I didn't like was the chick hot wiring that tow truck, I mean she put her hand under there and ripped out 2 perfectly stripped wires.... PLEASE.... They could have put another 3 seconds in the film and she could have actually looked under there and tried a little harder to make it look real...

But that is the worst thing I could find....

Top fukin movie and it is now in the same category as pulp fiction, Snatch, idependance day, lock stock n 2 smokin barrels, con air, matrix, trainspotting, human traffic, ninja scroll, and a few others....

For crying out loud nearly everything you have has a advert on it. Logos! Movies weren't going to get away with it. They made it funny- so i forgive them. If it helped fund it I'm fine with that.

i don't know for you but i live in Europe and we don't have so much chevrolet's or any other big american cars some yes but in Europe we love the environment so if there was a bunch of custom cars i would mine at all or if there was a ecological thought on cars ( i really speak for my self i don't expect anyone to say i am right).

p.s. if you are an american then please take back the style comment have you seen any italian car??? alfa romeo? lancia? masserati? the only stylish car was the bubblebee if it was a alfa romeo c8 competizione it would be much better

I saw the movie last night. While I shudder to think that anyone could POSSIBLY put it in the same category as (the first) Matrix, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be.
