Hi all,
i have a few strange readings:
-12 V only 3
dual 3.3 v 2.9
the rest are ok; anyone know if this may cause problems?

If the readings are true, then you have problems lol. I doubt theyr true, what program did you get the readings from?

What PSU is it? TBH, if your PC is running stable and not crashing I wouldn't worry about it - I apparently have -7.42V on the -12V, and my PC runs ok. Most likely it's just being reported incorrectly, but you should try stress testing with Prime95 for a couple of hours to see if it crashes just in case.

the readings are from bios for the -12 v and everest for dual 3,3 v
the sys. is working stable even with oc but sometimes i receive bios beeps (not always)but no crashes;this is why i start to check 1st the psu.
the psu was built in the case ( UTT case with front temp.&fan monitor)
