9800XT OC Expectation

Hi,

I have a retail 9800 pro 256mb with the Hynix 2.5 memory. I mod'd it over to an XT.
I installed the Zaleman heatpipe heatsink with the optional 80mm fan.

Using the ATItool .21 , as a rule of thumb how high can I expect to be able to OC my GPU and Memory? Right now I got it to GPU 492 memory 390?
Also, should I expect to be able to get my memory higher than my GPU? I have copper heatsinks on my memory. Sorry, I haven't had the patience to let the Max GPU/Max Memory function run.

You should get atleast 400 memory and DAMN that is a nce core OC ;)

Right now I got it to GPU 492 memory 390?


oooppps ... sorry, that is supposed to be 432 not 492. If I go past 432 on the core I start to see a lot of white dots, which I assume are artifacts, in the spinning hairy 3D cube. It seems I can go to 432 GPU and 398 memory now.
