When I launch the program, from the last update, I get a window that appears and says "Could not create driver file". Is there something I need to install?

Anyone else get this error? I have deleted the files and installed again, but got the same error message. Other than the error it works fine.

Yeah I almost asked the same thing; then I looked at the thread title - TPU Bench.

which OS are you on? running tpubench as admin? can the process write to the windows temp directory?

Windows XP and signed is as admin. It appears to be able to write to the windows temp directory. It also DL's the update files and makes a upd_tmp dir within the TPUBench folder. I also tried to run a second copy of the program, under a different name, but it seems to find the first ones information like where the scripts are.

Sounds like a Registry problem maybe?

Well once again I am guess it is only me that is having this issue. I tried it to update another bench marking machine and I am having the same problem with it not creating the driver files.

As I have stated before, the program works I just get an error message every time I start it.

It there a link to older versions on TPUBench somewhere?

I get the same error msg as well.

Program seems to run fine though (besides that window problem I've had with c.o.j that I mention in that thread above this one.)

WOW really? Someone else with the same issue.

Were you able to correct it?

I deleted everything i could fine, even in the registry, and I still have the problem.

Nope -- wasn't able to correct it.

Still get the problem every time.

Program seems to work fine enough though, irregardless of this error message; so, I haven't really investigated the matter very much.
