Thinking about putting a mid range rig together for my kids. We'd like to run both Win XP, and 98 at the same time to use and play some of my old games and gear. I've heard of multiple os's but don't know what the requirements are or how to do it. Any idias?

the best way is to partition your harddrive and just install xp and 98 on each partition don't no if 98 has the same boot loader if not and you only see one os on the bootloader when your computer starts download EasyBCD 1.6 and just add the drive it on

will the 98 work with a NTFS partition? Or does hdd need to be formated with fat32?

another way 2 have 98 and xp with out partitioning your harddrive is by useing Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 its free to download i had a few games that only could run on 98 and useing Microsoft Virtual PC 2007 you don't need any drivers and you start it up in xp http://img.techpowerup.org/070819/Virtual_PC.png
