Uhm don't know if this mobo is best on the market but, asus p5pe-vm mobo is good and stable and can use intel's core 2 cpu's just needs a bios update to make them work.... I've had this mobo for some months now, and it's all rock stable, no oc capabilities via bios tho. Clockgen for that... It's easy to install and its a mATX... Hope you find one soon :D there are also some from asrock i think.

Here (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010200280+1070509908+1073407577&Configurator=&Subcategory=280&description=&Ntk=&srchInDesc=) With the ASRock looking okay at that price.. not sure what you are looking for ... these are all Intel mobo and the ASRock will allow you to use C2D like Demo says

Um eta24 the mobo's they suggested are agp and some also have pci-e to make upgrading easier later on.. Yes you will need a new cpu also when you use these boards, the folks understood your question perfectly thats why they suggested these boards

yes this looks like a perfect board for you but the PCI-E slot is only 4x for this and any other dual gpu slot board i have found.
4x pci e is still good but you will have to go to a different board later when your ready to get the full 16x PCI-E experience out of any pci card you get later.
i think combining it with agp must limit what the board can handle.
i'm planning on getting this board myself but make sure you check that your video card is compatable with it or you might need to get the sata2 version of this board. click on vga support list at website to see.
