What do you think of BIOSHOCK?

I just played the BIOSHOCK Demo and I must say...I am underwelmed. Or maybe, appalled, is the word I am looking for.

Yes, it was pretty.
No, it wasn't and "OPEN" enviroment.
No, I don't like the plot. (Any part of it.)
No, I don't like the game play.

With games coming out like Medal of Honor Airborne or Company of Heroes Opposing Fronts also Crysis (Nov07). I won't be wasting my time with this "freak show" of a game.

MOH Airborne Demo took several tries and a few hours.

BIOSHOCK took 30 mins. The AI and graphics where very good, but the game lack substance.

What do you think about it?

(Also don't try to argue w/ me. this is IMO and you won't change that.) You are entitled to write your's below.

Maybe you should try to play it for longer and actually 'get into it' before you dismiss it? You may be surprised ;)

Ive got it for the 360 and I think its great, but it wont be to everybodys taste, no game can be :(

im thinking of getting it today but i heard many problems cd-keys and server for a legit checks demo was the BOMB and the movie that plays after the demo is finshed is soo cool

i got it last night through steam,there was a problem:banghead: at first with activating it,but steam sorted it.

i like this game,the graphics are good,and the gameplay is good.afaic like it or dont. :p

i just got it literally now retail the demo wasn't too bad i thought and dx10 didnt look much diffrent at all
