Ive been using a 6600gt card in my home theatre. Using its DVI output, the 6600gt happily drove the HDMI input of my projector via a 10 metre cable. However when i use my 2600pro i get no signal reported by the projector. If i use a 2 metre cable instead, all is fine.
This implies that the signal strength out of the DVI port is weaker than my old nVidia card. Does anyone know if drive strength can be changed through a bios edit?
