if I wanted a kilowatt psu I definitely wouldn't be getting an ultra
plus I would only be getting an FX-62 right now if I had an am2 rig already built and wanted to upgrade, not if I wanted a new rig which you would most likely be building if you needed a new psu as well

I would just save it and get myself a cheap c2d setup for that price, psu/mobo/proc/ram ....
