>.> all the people are completly black <.< my revolver and hand are completly black >.> about three quarters of the walls are black>.> i'm playing on vista.

the enemies are either black, or are masks and gusn floating in the air. the only characters that have not been like this are the ones you can't interact with, such as the one at the begining with the hooks, and the dumbass who you see kill the little girl. the little girl he killed was black, though. any ideas?

There are beta drivers you need to install for the HD2900.

Try increasing resolution or Force AA in CCC or just increase GAmma setting.

Let me see if I can find anyone with the same problem like yours on Bioshock official forums. I'll check back with you if I find any solutions.

does it happen to only bioshock game? have you tried playing other games? if it only does to bioshock, then the current driver is'nt fully supporting the game. try to turn down everything in the game's Graphic Option then try playing again. If it still does the same then it's the driver.

Have you tried reinstalling the game?

well, i spent some time talking to ati. after they couldn't help me, they put me on hold an "accidentally", i'm sure, dropped my call. i called 2k boston hotline {ten dollar call} and they told me that if i had my killer nic in game mode when I installed, it caused problems. i don't understand this, but i uninstalled the nic, installed the game, then installed nic again and everything seems to be working. i hate stupid crap.

wth.. what does the nic have anything to do with the game having graphic problems  but anyway, glad you got that worked out... well.. cost you $10.. but yea.. thanks for the info.

maybe when that securom crap checks your system specs, it doesn't like the linux network stack in the killer?
