HIS ICEQII X800 Pro - VIVO or not?

On the box, it has all the platinum, vivo etc. stuff - yet when i take off the arctic cooler and look closely at the chip itself with a lumen, it has the laser cut as described in W1zzards guide.

Does this mean I won't be able to use the bios flasher to enable the 16 pipes?

Also, the second weird thing is - I have this card clocked at 553 571, and its VERY stable, i've tested it higher but at 560/580 it gives up and artifacts all over the place (which is expected) are those clocks 'weird' for a pro version?

does it have the black rage threatre chip on the backside and the yellow plug near the power connector? if both yes then vivo

I see the Rage Theatre chip - but definitely no yellow plug near the Molex power connector. :)

That basically says to me its not a VIVO. So theres no way you can enable 16 pipes with soft modding, right? Unless you join the 2 points which are seperated by the laser cut?
