:toast:

I can't belive that I won an Antec TruePower Quattro TPQ-1000 ATX12V / EPS12V 1000W Power Supply 100 - 240 V UL, CUL, FCC, TUV, CE, C-tick, CCC, CB - Retail $249.99 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817371012) at the lan event I went too.

I don't know what to do with it right now........Keep it for another time if my PSU dies at some point again, or pull my Themaltake Toughpower 750Watt to replace it. The Themaltake has been rock solid, so I don't know.

Man they gave away so much cool stuff it wasnt even funny.

I think we gave away 15 video cards, a box of CPUs (Maybe 10-15 of them)and FX-74-70s sets with motherboards.

Those racing stripes remind me of those cheezy wings ppl put on their rice burners...

Do the racing stripes give it 50 more watts of raw power?

Congrats :toast:

Sell it, unless you're planning on getting some really power hungry hardware which your current PSU can't handle, which I doubt :)

If you sell your new PSU and video cards, you could put the cash towards an HD 2900XT :rockout:

I've never had a bad thermaltake, and ive dealt with many so far. I'd sell it the antecs are not thought very highly of.

I have already have had one of these die(Toughpower 750Watt). It happened in the first 30 days to it was easy to get the local shop to replace it.

Congrats, D :toast:

Yeah, you'll probably want to keep it. IIRC the minimum for HD2900XT Crossfire is 750W. We both know you want that ;)

I opened it up tonight, and that sucker is going in my case tomorrow. It has 2x8PCI-E 2xPCI
an 8CPU, and to top it off it's half modular. Off the PSU is 2 PCI-E 8pins(That will break off to become 6), and the CPU/motherboard pins that I would have to use anyway. Everything else is modular like the other two PCI-6pics....hell yea:)
