How to OverCloock Radeon 2600

I was using Power Strip but results in 3DMark with OC-ed card is same with card on default frequencies?
It means that card wasn't OC-ed...

Try using ccc and amd clocktool.

I was read somewhere that only Catalyst can change Voltage, I was desintaled CCC, need to install it again?
