Looks good. You should fill out the system specs in the cp, and tell us what bios changes you've done to get your oc. Also, what kind of cooling are you using?

Also, what kind of cooling are you using?cp what?. only thing ive done to the bios is showin in crystal cpuid (so basically multiplier, voltage and system clock). and im using a scythe ninja with an antec 120mm 2000rpm red fan stock cooling on video

I think the memory can handle a bit more... try 4-4-4-12 1T.

Heh, that's a pretty good OC already! Do you know how to overclock through the bios? Btw, when you have time edit your system specs in your User CP, and be sure to tick the box so we can see it. And welcome!

In that case go back to origional timings.

Generally, you will get a better and more stable overclock through your bios. The stock latency is 4 on those?

It's pc3200. I think the timings are like 2.5-3-3-5. Oh, and you click on CP from menu at the top of the TPU screen, the go to system spec's.

What kind of stability testing are you doing? What do your temps look like under load?

bobtom

idle is about 40c load is about 47c. i did cpu burn in for 7 hrs last nite, ran aquamark, superpi, 3dmark01 just to start. got about 40k in 3dM01, 76k in AM#, and about 32s for 1million digits in superpi. is there anything else i should be running other than 3dmark 03/05/06, pcmark, sisoft?

Yes. Here are the best stability programs to use, IMHO...OCCT and Orthos prime. You really don't know load temps until you run these programs...
