least i recon it is.. it was bought in the UK june 2006.. does anyone know if powercolour offer any sort of long term warranty on these things.. 375 quid for something that lasts fifteen months dont seem that good to me. he he..

i have some vague idea/memory of a three year warranty but cant remember for sure..

all cards come with a 3yr warrenty conact the place you brought it from e.g overclockers, ebuyer tell them and they should re-direct you to powercolour or they will do the rma for you and send the card to powercolour

If you're in the USA this (http://www.dailytech.com/article.aspx?newsid=847) is good news...

Edit: just read your post more thoroughly, you're here in the UK with me.

Edit2: Three years if you registered - go here (https://support.ati.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=894), click on Warranty Service and Repair on the left then Warranty Info and Europe for all the details.

Mine kind of died a couple of weeks ago. Take it apart and clean it out, re-apply thermal paste and it should be OK.

they now tell me it only has a one year warranty.. trying to say i mis-described the card number the first time.. he he..

i already cleaned it out.. but i might try again if it really does only have the one year warranty.. nothing to lose now..

being as it bombs out in 2d mode i dont think getting too hot is its problem thow..
