Brand new computer which I just built myself. When I turn it on, after 20-30 seconds the BIOS freezes. I can't install Windows, insert diag disks or anything!
I sent back the MoBo and CPU to the retailer, as someone told me they were probably faulty. The retailer tested them, and found them to be fully funtional, and they could install Windows on their test rig?
What's the problem?
