NTLDR missing?

when i try to flash my bios using a floppy, it doesnt boot properly.
it keeps saying NTLDR is missing.
can someone tell me how to boot into dos normally?

Get a decent floppy+floppydrive, boot from a freedos cd or just make a bootable cd using whatever tool you like.

cd >> floppy :)
