BFG 8800 GTS 320MB OC'ed or XFX 8800 GTS 640MB

the XFX one has more memory, but the BFG is OC'ed. Which would be the best to get?

You don't really need 640mb but i would get the XFX and oc it yourself

I too would go for more memory, for newer games are having options like very high textures which could require around 512mb minimum to enable.

Good points, i wish the XFX came with a t-shirt.:( But then again it comes with Lost Planet.:)

XFX i have this one, OC damn well to be honest :) And the extra memory helps loads with crysis and newer games that will come out specially on a res of 1600 x 1050.
