View Full Version : Problematic Portal Puzzle (Possible Spoilers!)

Anyone played through Portal yet? If so, can you explain to me how to get to the crate ledge in puzzle 18? The ledge is at the far end of the room with the four or five turrets that you have to knock down. I've cleared all the turrets and started the moving pedistal. How do you get to the ledge near the end of the moving pedistal? You can't jump to it. I've tried using the portal in the floor of the ledge near the entrance to fire myself across the room with an outlet portal above the door but I fall short and die a horrible, painful death every time. Anyone solved this one yet?

Well I'll be buying my copy today in about oh 3 hours. So depending on how long it took you to get their, if know one has helped you yet, and you have not sloved the problem then I think I'll be able to help you.:)

It took me about two hours to get there. The core game is quite short I think. There is, however, a host of challanges that unlock once you have beaten the core.

That level was tricky. I remember finishing it you had to have fast as heck reflexes to shoot portals where you needed them.
