ATI Catalyst 5.7

Terry Makedon sends word that Catalyst 5.7 has been released for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows.

These are the changes:

Added: 1080p Display Support Option
Added: Catalyst™ Control Center Un-install Option
Enhancements to our driver's internal memory management bring significant benefits to 64MB and 128MB framebuffer configurations in Catalyst™ 5.7.
- 5-15% gains in 3DMark05 on some products
- 20-60% gain in Far Cry Regulator across multiple settings
- 25-60% gains in Half-Life 2 at 1600x1200 4xAA 8xAF
- 40-60% gains in UT2004 at 1600x1200 6xAA 16xAF
- 50-100% improvement in Comanche4 at 1600x1200 6xAA 16xAF
- 50-200% gains in certain ShaderMark tests at high resolution
Fixes to Flight Sim 2004, Trackmania Sunrise, Warcraft III, Overlays, Scaling and Rotating

Ya I agree with "ranalli," no gains to BF2. That game is the one I am sure they are receiving most of the problems about. Nice move on ATI not even thinking about BF2!!!!

Anti-Aliasing visual quality has drastically decreased for me!!! 4x looks like 2x (maybe 1.5x. lol) Anyone else seeing this issue?? it happens with all games. everything else is cool though. no real improvements though.
