Not to be confused with the word optimize or the infamous autobot, Optimus Prime; the optimus keyboard (http://www.artlebedev.com/portfolio/optimus/) is just plain cool. To be able to see my weapons at my finger tips, literally, has always been something I've desired as a gamer. Here's hoping this peripheral masterpiece makes it to market.

Every key of the Optimus keyboard is a stand-alone display showing exactly what it is controlling at this very moment. Optimus is good for any layouts—Cyrillic, Ancient Greek, Georgian, Arabian—and so on to infinity: notes, numerals, special symbols, HTML codes, mathematical functions.

I wonder what kind of displays they are using in the keys :)

I just can't help wondering what the thing will cost with all that displays... ;) Probably not very cheap. Hehe. But it's one cool keyboard!

WOW that is really a good looking keyboard id deff buy it if i was sure itll work like that in quake with all the rest of the games nice 1
