EA BUY Bioware

Well i my self is not to happy at all about this as i do not like what they did to C&C as i all ways felt like the game was much better before EA acquired them.


All though i did not think NWN2 was the greatest not when there was NWN1 which was a sweet ass game in it's time and still today has a lot to show for it's self.

Ea has owned cnc since either red alert or tiberum sun i think the latter so u didnt like generals, red alert 2 are your crazy ?

C&C isn't a company, its a franchise. EA aquired Westwood in 1998. I think the first game EA and Westwood put forth was Renegade.

Also, I agree Generals wasn't that great compared to most Westwood products (I consider the worst), it had a lot to do with EA production values. CNC 3 has done quite well though.

Well EA do in general make great small-time developers lower their standards but... C'mon, anyone can do a better job with Bioware then Atari can.

I'd like to punch whichever douche is now CEO of Atari in the face, more then once. They used to be such an excellent company, no more.
