Well after doing some oc'ing on my X2 4000, trying to get it at 3.2.:D
I did some Everest benches afterwards to find out that things have changed.:p
Earlier this day i got a score of 41 ns. And now in the 60's.
Also on the other ram benches scores have dropped quit a bit.

if you fried it, it wouldn't be working. check the settings again maybe?

re run the bench it isn't rare to just give wrong result's cause if they have any problem the system would load
You probably got a really good result the first, a really bad one this time. I suggest dropping the RAM multi and tightening timings, AMD favors low latency more than high speed

not sure how much memtest will do, but it certainly will show you that you haven't fried your memory.
