Bandwidth Limiter?

I am currently downloading World of Warcraft but there is no pause button, only a "Cancel" button.

I need a way to limit the amount of bandwidth the downloader is using so I can go and play games and stuff. Is there are programs that can do this?

If you're behind a router you can use qos to limit yourself. Software wise you will most likely need to reboot your computer

i can thing any other way excerpt to restart or from your router but either way the better thing is to restart
