would this ram set be a good match for the system i'm building?

i'm using this board
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131221
with a e6750
i'm so confused with all the different ddr2 speeds availible. with a cpu fsb at 1333mhz before any oc, is there any ram that will run 1:1?
i'm lost, srry if this is a dumb question
1:1 is FSB = DRAM. If you had 1333MHz FSB which is actually 333MHz FSB, your memory would be running at DDR666. Evil memory...
If you have everything set to auto in the BIOS which you will on first boot, the board automatically adjusts the FSB:RAM ratio to match your memory speed.

so which speed memory would be most cost effective ddr2 667, 800,1066?
667. Faster memory doesn't make that much of a difference. I've seen a test with a qx6700 on CL 3-3-3-10, 4-4-4-12, 6-6-6-18 from DDR533 to DDR1066. The CL3 DDR1066 got 10fps higher than the CL6 DDR533.

rebaged ballistix tracers, even the model numbers match up. handpicked micron d9 chips, will easily get 1066 without even breaking a sweat.
^^that's a great deal
The Lanfest are crucial's flagship memory. Better than Ballistix and Tracers.

the crucial hand picked memory is the best. lanfest being one of em. i heard that the hand picked memory that crucial gave a while back performed way way way over standards.
Do you plan on overclocking at all? If not then you should be fine with ddr2-667 ram. But if you plan to overclock, you'll want ram that can run higher such as 800 or 1066. Crucial is a good brand. I love my ballistix. From what I hear, patriot and ocz are pretty good too.

If you want tight timings then check out the ram in my rig, I believe it to be the tightest of ALL ddr2 800 :D
