I'm considering selling just my tower, its about 1 month old now. The system for sale is the same as the one in my System Specs, I was wondering if I could get some help with coming up with a price range then actually go to sell it. If someone wanted to buy it here that's cool but I might put it on eBay once I know a decent price range. The processor and video card are OC'ed a little, not pushed hard, also not overvolted or modified. I paid about $1500 on NewEgg. So again, any help is much appreciated.

I know it's a huge hassle, but you're going to have better luck selling it if you part it out. Not everyone will want exactly what you have in there...

I'm going to second t's comment, you'll get a lot more out of it parting...

How do I go about shipping the more senstive components? I didn't keep any of the original boxes or anti-static things.

Try to ask for some on any forums you go to, and offer shipping (+ a buck maybe). Make sure everything is packed well, and ship insured. If you're paranoid, you can opt for signature confirmation. That way you can't get anybody saying, "I never got nothin'..."

yeah use DC (Delivery Confirmation) no matter what, just go buy(or snatch from the local office supply store's dumpster lol) a bunch of bubble wrap and wrap the sensitive components in that then use a little extra packing peanuts and/or paper/plastic bags for more cushion

If you can't get the bags in forums, you can find them online. Or try the mom & pop PC stores, as they may have a bunch laying around.

They sell bubble wrap at USPS

Screw that, just get in the dumpster behind furniture stores, or glass ware places, even construction sites trash em, just ask for it. I haven't bought bubble wrap in years.

Bubble wrap won't protect against ESD.

you want to sell that whole system? If you part it out i'd be interested in the processor and motherboard... maybe the video card

The only reason I didn't want to part it out is cause I'd be left over with a few used things no one would buy, like a DVD-RW drive, three non-special 250gb HD's, PSU, case etc. I was planning on buying a laptop to use, not a new build so I wouldn't have a use for these parts. Will these sell you think?

I don't think you'll have trouble selling the HDDs, DVD-RW or the PSU. The case may be a little harder to sell (I know what it looks like ;) ), but it could go if you sell it at a good price.

Give me a detailed list (with part numbers) and when I get a moment later today I can throw up some prices for parts.

Sunbeam Transformer - sounds like an appliance that didn't make the cut for the movies. For the right price you can always sell a PC case. The extra money you make on selling the GTX and CPU seperately will more then cover any loss on the case, so totally worth it.
I'd really like to buy any of those hard drives, but like I said in Nflesher's thread for his Zalman, shipping just doesn't make it viable for me.

Stop living in America dangit :(
