hey guys and girls. my last computer was stolen. i need to buy parts 1 or 2 at a time. i was thinking of an Abit fatal1ty f-190hd motherboard and a e2160 cpu. i would like onboard graphics as it would be nice to use it while i save for a better video card. if anyone has any good advice on a motherboard it would be great. i might buy 1 piece a week, maybe. i heard the f-190hd overclocks to a max of 375 fsb. is this bad. thanks in advance.
ps.- about $100 a week to the system.

Just a personal suggestion, I would save your money and buy the parts all at once. Computer prices rapidly go down, especially with all the new tech coming out :p. If you buy it one part at a time, your not going to be using that part so it will be collecting dust for nothing. That doesnt apply if you find a bargain though ;).
An overclock of 375 FSB isnt very high. It will do, but just to give you an example, my ASUS board does over 500 (i think), although my CPU will never hit those speeds.
Id recommend an ASUS/Gigabyte motherboard, the same CPU you have listed or a e2180 (for the higher multiplier). Tell us where you located (country), so we can get you some prices ;).

Thats good, you can get it off Newegg ;).
I think a crossfire board isnt worth it. IMO, the money is better spent on getting a better single graphics card than two lower end cards than on a CF motherboard.
The 2600XT isnt such a bad card, especially for its price. Ive heard it playes games like Bioshock on highest settings, so it should perform pretty well.
It depends on how often you game; if you are a heavy gamer I would wait to see the new cards that are coming from both AMD/ATI and Nvidia; they look promising. If you are only a moderate/light gamer, then a 2600XT should do :)
