yup absolutely the temp and prefetch folder you can clear in my experiance it helped improve performance.

Use a tool like crapcleaner: www.ccleaner.com Much safer than "manual deletes".

PS. ccleaner is free, and MUCH faster than many pay-for commercial alternatives. I can recommend it from personal experience, and use it at least once per week.

yeah, I just cleared 3.5GB of files in TEMP folder using disk cleanup.
Should be OK

Yeah, I always delete the temp folder, never any ill effects. I have had 7GB in there before.
