If your not going to overclock i'd take the Asus, if your going to overclock, the Abit. As for the MSI, well I wouldn't recomend it.

The MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum for AGP or the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum for PCI-E are two of the top mobos for the 939-pin AMD 64 configuration. With the newer bios releases, I can push my fsb to 280MHz without issue. Google some reviews. The Asus is a good board to. I use the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum and have never had any problems whatsoever. Along with my Corsair XMS PC4400 DDR550 and an X850XT PE, it runs like a wild bangy. HEHE

It does. And I give credit to, not only a grat mobo with a great bios, but to the Corsair XMS PC4400 DDR550 1GB matched 2X512MB. It's rated for 275MHz at 1:1 and 8-4-4-2.5 @ 1T. Buying fast ram when building or upgrading any rig, especially one that has dual channel capabilities, is one of the smartest things a m8 can do, besides purchasing the best PSU available for their build. You have to have steady power to oc or push and system. I use an OCZ 520watt PowerStream in this rig.

The DFI NF4 Pci-e is by far the best 939 mobo out. ESPECIALLY when it comes to overclocking.

fsb of 280 is nothing. I run 280 24/7.... Ive done over 365. ;)

First I love my Abit board. It is stable and feature rich. Second ASUS and Abit are two really excellent companies and it really just falls to which brand you prefer, you'll just have to do some research to see which board fits your personality and methods the best.
