I havent a clue what type of motherboard to get that has 1333 fsb 2 pci-x16 for crossfiring 2600xt's, or eventually 2 2900xt's, that supports ddr2-800, NON-NVIDIA Northbridge, and a E6750. Any ideas??? With the price around $170 USD or lower.

Intel 975X supports all that except 16x PCIe. Crossfire drops to dual 8x. I think you need IP35 or newer. Are you wanting Quad-core overclocking on that?

A DFI ICFX3200.

That's PCIe dual 8x in Crossfire, too.

Here's a list of boards from NewEgg that have the P35 chipset, DDR2 1066 and 2 x PCIe 16x:

the three brands listed are Asus, MSI and Gigabyte. All three are relatively good brands. Go with a brand you trust, and make sure you do lots of reasearch on it first. Read lots of reviews and look for things good and bad about them.

P35 does not do dual 16x Crossfire. It does 16x + 4x. An 8x+8x board will actually perform better.
The only true dual 16x Crossfire chipsets for Intel CPUs is the Intel X38 series. You won't get that for $170. They start around $250, and go up from there.
Time to make a decision. Ditch the 2*16x Crossfire idea, or save more money.

For crossfire on 2900's, you may find the p35's 4x pci-e slot (the second full size slot) a bit of a bottleneck. Asus's Blitz boards have a chip that splits into 2x8x pci-e, or X38 boards have 2 full 16x slots, however i dont think you'll find either for that price, though not being american i may be wrong.
And lastly, i'd agree with pt, those dfi rd600 boards are trouble
edit: theres a good comparison of p35 vs x38's pci bandwidth here (http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2007/10/12/crossfire_comparison_intel_x38_versus_p35/1)
