Hey guys.

Ok...I have installed it on my system and installed it on my brothers system....we both have uninstalled it now! if I wanted to give it to a friend...would he be able to play it?

as long as you uninstalled it while online, yes.

The protection thing only affects the retail version too, the steam version can be installed on many PC's (but of course, is locked to the steam account)
