In cs 1.6 such bad fps drops with 8500le , i go go long a 100fps rite when i see someone boom drops down to 40

im not to great with settings of the graphic card maybe the quality to high or something can anyone help me out here??!? whats best settings for performace

usually its smoke. Mine stays totaly grounded at 100. Until somebody thorws a smoke grenade. If multiple are thrown it drops to 8 FPS.. aparently a 9600se ... SUCKS!
