His Version 2600xt

Hi i have the card above and having problems running the ATI TOOL. (Latest Stable version)

I searched the forum but couldnt find a problem with the HIS version so ill make a new topic.

When i first double click the ATI tool program. my whole screen just goes black, i need to restart to get out of this. (i left it for 20mins to see if it would come out of it)

Does anyone know what my problem is, i have not overclocked, got all the latest drivers for my card and computer.

My specs are:

600W - PSU
E6420 - PROC
HIS 2600XT - VGU
ASUS P5W Dh DELUXE - MOBO
2GB PC2-6400 - MEM

My card is fully working, plays all my games, F.E.A.R, HL, UT2k4, all of them and also 3DMARK06 RUNS.

I did have a problem with the 3DMARK, as there seemed to be a bug in the programm to my card, i had to rename a .DLL file to get it working (in forums) would i need to do something like this to get ATI tool working?

Well, my screen is alive when the programm is starting, but it cannot get any reading and after a while it doesn't responds. The strange thing is that i can o/c from the catalyst center without any problem.

e6850
2 sapphire 2600xt ultimate
2 gb ram corsair
