Newegg newsletter deal 6800 NU (PNY) with SLI supported for Your Price: $42.99 after (EMC1023VGA01): -$50.00. Cards are not super bad ass, but being able to hookup SLI with semi decent cards under 100 bux is pretty awesome for people still on Dx9 with a budget.

Not meaning to sound funny, but those things in SLi would be pointless :o

Would be more efficient that alot of $100 cards.

But not more efficient than some $100 cards, so useless.
Plus, they aren't "true" 6800s.
6800s are supposed to have a 256-bit memory bus. This only has 128-bit. That is going to kill the performance.
For $100 a x1950Pro (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161060R) would be a better buy, IMO.

Ohhh so these are Vanilla 6800's (non-ultra's). Yeah definitely not a good buy for SLi use. But decent for the low-midrange budget peepls that need cheap.

They aren't really even Vanilla 6800's. Vanilla 6800's still had a 256-bit bus, even the 6800LE and XT had a 256-bit bus. I would say this is more like a 6600 with 12 pipelines.
