There is a 24 Hour Exclusive on the Single Player Demo for those users.

When the demo will be public? We don't know. There isn't any official statement about it.
If the 24h hour exclusive is correct, it will be public on October 26th 23:00 UTC/GMT)

I was thinking more along the lines of - Almost perfect software comes out, you play for 23days, they release a patch, and you're out of commission for a week...then you get another 23 days before the next patch....and the violent cycle continues :D

In all seriousness, the game was created before being bought (or merged) with EA, so it should be good :roll:

I liked the closed demo's, looking forward to a DX10 demo (at least thats what I'm expecting...)

No, you wouldn't want the EA version Solaris.

1. There's compatibility issues concernining 64 bit use
2. It wouldn't probably go over well for TPUs image. Clearly it was meant for pre-order customers only, not the customer and all of his thousands of forum leeches.
