awesome price on that 1950Pro man, though am I mistaken or does the PCB look a lot shorter on it lol? I was under the impression all cards of the same gpu had the same size PCB

these jetway cards are, to be blunt, of a bit lesser quality. to me they look like a x1950pr gpu shoe horned onto like a gt pcb. there is no thermal monitioring and theres 1 vga 1 dvi conector instead of the 2 dvi ones.

hmm, is that a rev 1 or rev 2 x1950pro? wanna trade 1950pro's?

well, irregardless that's a great deal for the power, 1950pros are still about the best price/performance card on the market IMHO

It also has a Molex connector instead of the PCI-E power connector. Jetway uses a very odd PCB design.

I thought the power connector looked funny but didn't take a closer look and now that you say that I noticed it definitely is molex, that's pretty strange...even with 6pin adapters you need two molex plugged in to supply the required power...

yeah usually these cards now need molex connectors and a good wattage of a psu to run them. great prices though

not to get off topic (on my own thread) but most of the times when an adapter or card wants 2 molex connectors it is for multi rail psu's and yur spose to use cables from diferent rails. this is more of a fail safe. im running an overclocked x1900xtx off of 1 molex and also ive got a custom 6 pin pci-e power plug that only uses 3 pins. basically the video card makers are trying to cover their tush. but if u know what yur doing you could potentially power even the newest grafix cards off of 2 wires and 1 rail. i would guess 98% of peeple hav absolute shite for power supplys though, and thats why all these multi plug, multi wire video card paower adapters and cables exhist.
also u dont generally want to tye multiple rails together as it defeats the purpose, but then a lot of peeple are starting to see that a bunch of seperate rails in a psu really isnt the bees knees anyways.
