Hi there,
it's three days i'm loosing mi time/mind with this problem
i have:
asus p5b motherboard
650W power supply with 1x8-pin and 1x6-pin 12v rail
Club3d hd 2900 512 "pro"
ati catalyst 7.10
atitool 0.27b2
My problem is i never got the ati override tool in catalistCC (even if i have right powered with 8-pin and 6-pin)
i never got atitool reading actual Core/Memory frequency, nor setting a new clock
only rivatuner succeded in sort of overclocking but with frequency max range shifted so that my max freq possible was 760Mhz for mem
my default core/mem freq are 510 and 510 MHz (isn't too low?? it is due the PRO nature of the board?)
i tryed everything i thought, reinstalled driver, CCC,atitool, but nothing.
i was thinking to flash XT bios, but i wanted to remove some doubts before.
i hope i'll find some good geek's help,
