I am propossing to build a three fan system using DD Maze 5 on my new(?) 8800gt, a Danger Den MC-TDX waterblock on the cpu(Conroe6850) and an ac pump from Eheim that pumps 317 gal/hour(no load), xflow extream radiator 3fan madel, and an resevoir self made. Using some high volume Scythe fans, does anyone thing the cpu and card will be too much heat for a three fan setup like this? under load and heavily oc'd?
Note 1/2 internal diameter tubing
 your going to use a 360 Rad. ? if thats what you mean then, no it wont be to much

I do want to get enough to cool both part and REALLY oc the hell out of the 6850.. yet, I do'nt want to through away money.
Seems the guys at DD like the gtx xtreem, but it is 125.00! ouch.. and no shroud.. granted I could make a shroud.., but considering the fans are 9.00, they pus alot of air! thats 152 for the rad part alone! Goodness I was worried about the upgrade to a 8800gt for cost LOL!!!
So yes, will the 3 fan setup take enough heat off the conroe and the8800gt.. seems you think so.. thanks
Am I chasing ghosts looking at the upgraded gtx rad (125) vs a regular rad at 62.00 gt for a three fan radiator.
OR
The Thermaltake are avalaibe, have a shroud and work well per reviews but are even worse for pricing..
There are alway heater core setups??? boy I wish there where the kind of reviews with calorie or BTU the you get for fps or scoreds in vid cards !!!
I think the pump will be fine.. and the next decision will be size of the radiator.. looks like I am getting three qts free flliud from Danger Den from the size of my order!I found some nice pvc bassed wasser and connetors that my tubbing will work with! Or I could just add anouth bag of money to this project and buy a pre made radiator. I am thinking along the lines of a half gall milk container or juice.. anything flat and ridged and with a screw on /off poor hole to add coolant.

LOL looks like I can go to a German built coolermax4 for 99.00, so that saves me a little.
Does anyone have an opinion on a better than MC-TDX cpu block.. all brass or lucite top?
Fan shrouds? needed? usefull?
I forgot almost all my math, is area of a circle PI r sqaured? I did a rough calch of 1/2 inch tubing at 10 feet and got about 30 oz of volume... is that anywhere near close.??

those crossflows are not that good from what ive heard.
are you able to get swiftech mcr-320 in your area?
you would prolly be better off with 2 or spend the cash and get a thermochil PA 120.3
quad cores dump a lot of heat and putting the grfx in the loop will require excellent heat dissipation (rad/s)
this entire loop will be external?

ok, are u using this? I also saw one there at 10.00, and saw at another forum aneet rubbermaid contraption.. cunfused as to why not a direct bolt to radiotor is not more efficient? think hurts sometimes! lol
did you see that moster 4 fan rad I am getting, sweet.. and due to the cooling abilities I can now add the 8800gt.. with waterblock.

Dear I-I,
Are you talking about the Magi cool quad radiotor? not sure what you are saying, thanks forthe input, and yes, small case equals ALL outside system, ac pump etc, only in case will be blocks and tubes..
ok, you where talking about hte xflow from the top gotcha.. well they updatedto a gtx and doubled the price, but at 99.99 the quad looks great!

figured out the ? regarding shrouding, it backs off the fan, illiminatingthe dead spot from the center.

ok, so I am now looking at the Thermochill 120.3 looks killer and the next two final issues seem to be coolant, want non conductive, and my mc-5 is nice but really toxic and want to replace it.
Danger den is "giving " away with 100.00 purchase their rebadgeded(?) pcchill.. anybody know about this?
Also what about a Aheim pump the 1250 or 1260, both big pumps, and I want ac to reduce load on the ps. thoughts are always welcome if they are constructive!
Decided to use my second ps, and the : Danger Den DDC-12V 18 Watt Version 3.2 looks like it has good head specs.
