My full tower is too heavy, too big, and too noisy... I want a smaller, equally cool mid tower case with less flash. Any recommendations?

CoolerMaster RC690, that's the cheapest you can get, otherwise for pure cooling performance Antec 900, or a Stacker.

Check out the Akasa ZEN case.

Budget case but solid and reasonably quiet.

RC690 as recommended. Nothing else would do better at that price.

Also, I want somewhere to put all these cables, though out of the way of the fans, they look very unprofessional:

I got a cheap Rosewill case for like $25 shipped. Super lightweight, but also flimsy. But about the best cheap case I've ever used, and has plenty of room for wire management and the like. My temps are also really good with good airflow.
