YouTube has upped the upload limit of YouTube videos to 10 minutes in length and up to 1GB in size, yes no more compressing to 100MB. You can also now upload multiple videos on YouTube at the same time with the YouTube Uploader. Right now the software is only available for Windows PCs but there will be a Mac version too. To get started, just go to the installer webpage (http://youtube.com/multifile_installer) and download the software. Then you'll be able to access the Multifile Upload page and start uploading. These videos will be available in My Videos after they have finished processing.

You may be able to upload a 1024MB file instead of a 100MB file, but they're still going to compress into the same 20MB file.

Youtube is alright for short vids, but forget watching tv shows or movies on it. Veoh is much better in that regard.

upload to google video if you want to upload full length movies and stuff..

Quality still sucks on Youtube, even music videos ::shudder::
