The guys over at FiringSquad (http://www.firingsquad.com/) have created a list of the new titles heading to store shelves this week. You'll be amazed how many new games will be playable this month.

Crysis: Developer Crytek and publisher Electronic Arts finally release their long awaited PC sci-fi first person shooter that may make getting an update to Windows Vista a priority.
Super Mario Galaxy: After tons of party games and Metroid Prime 3, Nintendo finally brings the big guns this week with the Wii console release of their platform action game franchise.

Need For Speed: ProStreet: EA releases their latest game in their long running racing series for the PC, PS2, PS3, PSP, Xbox 360, Wii and DS consoles.
Soldier of Fortune: Payback: Developer Cauldron and publisher Activation release the latest game in the dismemberment themed first person shooter series for the PC and Xbox 360.
WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2008: THQ releases their latest WWE pro wrestling title for the PS2, Xbox 360, PS3, and DS consoles.
Sim City Societies: Developer Tilted Mill and publisher EA release this new take on the city management simulator series for the PC.
Medal of Honor Heroes 2: Electronic Arts releases this latest game for the WWII shooter series for the PSP and Wii consoles.
Beowulf UbiSoft releases this movie based fantasy action game for the Xbox 360, PC and PS3 thns week.
Rayman Raving Rabbids 2: UbiSoft's popular party game gets a sequel for the Wii and DS consoles.
Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles: Capcom's new game in the long running survival horror series is exclusive for the Wii.
America's Army: True Soldiers: UbiSoft releases this Xbox 360 exclusive first person shooter based on the popular free game created by the US Army.

Ive got perseus mandate,and i like it.it has these invisible mobs that make you real jumpy.

That's funny that Contra 4 is out...because when I was playing GOW, I thought, 'well shit me, this is a modern Contra!'

Definatley not as cool as Contra 3, but hey..

And holy crap..how many years has it been since Contra 3 was out, and they just now give us 4?


Yall will have to tell me if, honestly, Perseus Mandate is even worth a look. The demo was pure redundancy. I was never that impressed with F.E.A.R. to begin with, so I didn't see what they had improved for the most part.


I need to look into BlackSite a bit more, I haven't read much on it.
