Erm....you don't. Seriously.

Each time an update is released it's released to the maker of your smartphone/pocket pc who changes it to work with your hardware. If they don't you can't get it.

Windows Mobile is entirely different to the desktop Windows. The makers of the pocket pcs/smartphones change it so it only works with ONE hardware configuration.
