My GPU is the "HIS RADEON HD 2600XT IceQ Turbo 512mb"

It has 2 Crossfire bridges on the card.

Does anyone know which cards would work in crossfire mode with this card?

Would I have to go for the same mid range card or could I cross this card with a more powerful GPU, if so which cards can be CF with the HD 2600XT, cheers people! :rockout:

You can mix or match either a 2600Pro or a 2600XT.
See ATI Crossfire Compatability Chart; http://ati.amd.com/technology/crossfire/charts.html

OF course you will get improved performance from Crossfiring 2 X 2600's. But the performance would be better with 2900's or 3XXX series cards. Also the 8800's are still good if you got an SLI compatable board.

So I can only CF a HD 2600XT with a card in the same range?

Does the same still go for what company makes the card, for example...

Can I CF a HIS HD 2600XT 512MB with a Sapphire Radeon HD 2600XT or would it not be CF compatible if you pair it with a card from a different manufacturer & is there any better GPU's in 2600XT range that I should go for???
