DDR problems

Hi Everybody!

I have an Asus K8N4-Deluxe with 400Mhz DDR. By the Asusupade I got an advice to upgrade my BIOS for a new one. Tha flashing was okay, bud the ram doesnt want to run on 400Mhz. Before the flashig, it was good??? :mad:

Any ideas?

I'd just flash it back to the orginal bios if it working ok. Do you overclock? If not, the orginal will do fine. Also did you try to set the ram to 400MHz in the bios?

Yes, sure, I wanted. But the ASUS BIOS says its impossible to flash an older BIOS back!!!

So Ill have empty the BIOS chip, remove the newer version, than flash it again?

No, it wasnt overlocked. But if you know a good way, how to do it, just let me know!
