Hey guys!
I pretty much decided on which components to buy for my next build.
There is only 1 question left.
http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813131219
or
more cheaper motherboard based on p35.

I want to overclock my feature q9450 up to 4 GHz( or as high as it can go).
I will be using this rig for at least 3 years, upgrading video card only.
So, what is better between those 2 options?

I will be using this rig for at least 3 years, upgrading video card only.
Then go for PCIe 2.0, cause the theoretical data rate has doubled rom 250 MB/s to 500 MB/s.
Because you never know...

PCI-E 2.0 has to be on the next mobo I buy. Problem is that only Intel X38 has it now - but I want an Nvidia Nforce 790i Chipset which will be release january 08 and mobos with it maybe some month later - VERY HARD to wait with an Intel Q6600 already in my possession.

What I'm looking forward to in PCI-E 2.0 is the considerably higher power that can be sent through the slot.
