Systool will not launch (Debugging Error)

I just built a new system with an A-Open AK86-L Socket 754 Motherboard, AMD Athlon 64 3000+, Radeon 9550 256mb 8x AGP video, 1Gig PC3200 400Mhz memory, Chaintech 7.1 24 Bit Soundcard, 80Gig Western Digital HDD, Blah, Blah, Blah.... I installed Systool with no problem but when I try to launch it it fails to execute and throw back An Error occured while trying to launch Systool and prompts to debug. Anyone have an idea on this one? :eek:
