So using ATITool v0.27 Beta 2 I dumped the bios of my Sapphire ATI Radeon X1950 Pro AGP 512MB.
After loading said bios in RaBiT v.2.2.0...well, I'll just show you.

Now, why does it say 256 instead of 512, Is my card's BIOS incorect. Should i get an update. etc etc.
